Precision Restoration Services- We are a locally owned insurance restoration company in business for over 20 years. No experience necessary. We are seeing a full time self motivated and detail oriented individual for demolition and cleaning following smoke, fire, water and mold damage. This individual will also assist with repairs as a carpenter's helper with potential for advancement. We will provide necessary on the job training. Work is strenuous and requires applicant to be able to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods and work on a ladder or in a crawlspace. Good communication skills required for interactions between customers and management. Job requires ability to create legible and accurate reports, listings of contents and safely packing of contents for storage. Additional requirements include availability for after hour emergencies on a rotating call basis. Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record. Company vehicles are used to drive to job sites. Pre-employment criminal background check, DMV record check and drug screening required.
