Their primary duties include managing crew schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring that all gardening work is completed to the highest quality standards. They are also responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or requests, and ensuring their satisfaction. Additionally, they may be involved in the selection and procurement of plants, materials, and equipment needed for gardening projects.
