Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills are key.ResponsibilitiesSowing, cultivation, and propagation of plants, trees, and shrubsApplication of chemical and organic herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizersTrimming and pruning of plantsSoil management activitiesCleaning and weedingDig, lift, and operate small machinesLoad tools and equipment on and off trailers and trucksMove and install soil, mulch, and plant material to assist with the construction of landscape gardens and related areasWork strategically to perform tasks safely, efficiently, and effectively while working with urgency and purposeCommunicate with customers in a professional, polite, and courteous mannerA valid driver's license is required for employment.
