Property management company seeking a handyman to work about 20hrs/week or more as needed.
We have several properties - most near downtown that need to be maintained, and we're looking for someone with solid handyman experience who enjoys this type of work.
This involves basic carpentry, light electric/plumbing, painting, drywall repair and more.
There may be occasional yard work as well.
Please have your own basic tools maintenance, your own mower and reliable transportation.
