Looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented house cleaner for our home in Irwin Hills. This is a once-a-month job for a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home. The house is not cluttered and is easy to clean. We do not have pets.
Duties include:
Vacuuming
Cleaning bathrooms
Periodic deep cleaning (fridge, mildew, etc.)
I prefer someone who uses natural products, but for tougher jobs (like mildew), I’m okay with bleach or stronger cleaning solutions. You must provide your own cleaning products.
Schedule & Pay:
About 4–5 hours if you work alone, at $30/hour (paid by Venmo or cash).
If you’re a company with two cleaners, $50/hour for 2–3 hours are acceptable.
Requirements:
Dependable and punctual
Easy to communicate with
Brings their own cleaning supplies
