We are looking for an employee to handle multiple tasks in a small business environment located in Marshall, NC, near Ingles in Marshall, going towards Weaverville.
JOB SPECS
4 Days a Week
9am - 5pm OR 9am - 4pm
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday/ Negotiable
Additional Pay is dependent on Experience
On-boarding pay is $20/hr for a 2-4 week training period, then Pay will Increase

OUR COMPANY
We are a local business creating naturopathic herbal remedies that are direct replacements to over the counter and prescription grade medications. For those unaware of the power of phytochemistry, it is important to be Open-Minded to healing the body without the use of synthetic compounds. Given our product line's 30 Years legacy, many of our customers you will interact with have been using our products 15-25+ years and have seen instrumental health benefits, so the intention of being understanding of their journey will be very helpful.
While Herbal or Scientific experience is not a requirement, having either background will be beneficial. All product information and training will be provided.
JOB TASKS
Email & Phone Customer Service Daily emails and a handful of calls that are often shipment questions, wholesale inquiries, or specific product questions. Training will be provided on our products so that one is familiar enough to handle most of these inquiries.
Printing out Labels / Shipping Requests / Invoices Using our store back-end as well as shipment services, and operating a thermal printer for packaging labels. Operating a inkjet printer to print out label sheets or invoices as needed.
Assembling Boxes / Prepping Outgoing Shipments Attention to detail with double checking product quantities and shipment details is very desirable. Will need to know how to schedule USPS/UPS and organize/move outgoing packages each day.
Note: Most of our packages are less than 2 lbs, but can be up to 18 lbs, so you'll need the ability to lift this amount of weight.

Our Work Environment
It's best if you're comfortable with being near a small-farm environment, as you will hear roosters throughout the day and may cross paths with a chicken on occasion. Herbal (dried plant matter) interaction is plentiful here, as we at our core we grow, process, and produce products using many different plants. Music will also be in the work space and it is also worth mentioning we enjoy some fun "work banter" around here to keep things upbeat.
