TK Electric, LLC, a trusted family-owned company for over three decades in Arden NC, is looking to hire a full time highly skilled and experienced office manager. Candidate must have a degree in Business Administration that includes finance, accounting, and related specialties. Key requirements include expertise in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, in-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal tax laws, payroll management and familiarity with payroll systems, accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivables (AR), excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on effective phone systems usage with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able work closely with employees and owner.
