Job Title: Construction AdministratorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Construction Administrator to provide leadership and support for smooth processes in new project expansions and contractor management on-site. These projects include building construction, internal upfits, equipment installations, and site civil activities. The ideal candidate will assist the Site Capacity team with security, documentation, and software implementation.Responsibilities

Assist in documenting, organizing, and getting subcontractors on-site with badging and paperwork.

Help implement new Crisis Management Software for contractors.

Utilize CCURE to document information for contractors getting badged on-site.

Work with contractors during orientations to ensure all workers are accounted for and properly badged.

Provide administrative support including data entry, customer service, and document control.

Manage other accountabilities as assigned.
