Branch manager is responsible for financial growth through effectively lending and sales practice while having a proper understanding of customer retention. Must achieve targeted credit goals based on company's standards and lending program. Ability to properly manage customer accounts and payment systems. Must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
⢠MUST have prior collections experience
⢠Prior management experience
⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills
⢠Assertive and positive attitude
⢠Networking and business development skills
⢠Strong desire to succeed in a competitive market
⢠Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver's License

⢠Experience in supervising cash handling and bank deposits
