Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a highly motivated, communicative individual to work for one of our large logistics companies. Daily, this candidate will:- Review customer accounts and send out statements- Manage and resolve outstanding invoices, as well as delinquent accountso Negotiate payment termso Reconcile accounts alongside customer service, sales support, and accounts receivableo Provide recommendations for write-offs and adjustments, and handle payment disputeso Audit aging reports and track / initiate collections- Resolve payment discrepancies and collect overdue balances- Recommend account management strategies to leadership- Ensure billing accuracy and correct disputed invoices- Report deficiencies, implement improvements, and identify dispute causes- Maintain contact with customers in collections tool- Process customer refunds, cash application offsets, and write-off requests- Provide documentation of all collection activities in the AR systemWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
