Job SummarySeeking an energetic, self motivated individual to assist in managing $2.3 million annual revenue for an upscale private school of 1,900 students and 450 faculty/staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages $1,300.00/day in the coffee shop and $150,000.00 in annual catering revenue.

Supports Director of Dining Services in helping to maintain all workplace safety, food safety and company personnel and marketing standards.

Seeking someone with problem solving skills and the ability to use both critical thinking and communication to complete tasks.

Maintains excellent relationships with the client.

Manages, trains, and develops associates.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must have experience and the ability to plan, execute and invoice for catering events from boxed lunches to upscale 350 people receptions with full bar.

This is a front facing position, customer service skills are a must.

Ability to meet with clients, formulate menus, and a competent communication skillset, culinary knowledge a plus.

Must have the ability to lift 50lbs and push catering carts across campus to set up and break down events.

Financial experience and business acumen skills.

Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook) and Google Drive applications.

Associate’s degree is preferred.
