The BPM expert will lead and manage a team using low code/no code to create processes, workflows, and applications to meet client needs. The partner is required to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in low code/no code development and recommend improvements to processes and methodologies.In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and transform them into efficient and user-friendly solutions.This position requires frequent travel to Knoxville, TN and can be located within proximity of any CGI US location including Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA and Fairfax VA. The work schedule is Eastern TimeYour future duties and responsibilities: Lead a team to develop applications that are customized through Camunda utilizing Agile methodology. Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure the product meets the needs of the business. Lead Process Modeling initiatives in collaboration with the Product Management team, analyzes business processes, identifies appropriate solutions, designs, and builds operational models supporting the team’s suite of credit products. Analyze data and systems using process improvement methodologies to identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and organizational inefficiencies. Manage multiple, simultaneous initiatives while identifying opportunities for collaboration across product management and development teams. Diagram and evaluate current processes and recommend process improvements to address performance shortfalls. Deliver presentations including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.Required qualifications to be successful in this role: 5+ years of direct work experience as a business process analyst either in a business function or an IT setting 5+ years’ experience in process modeling using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and Decision Management Notation (DMN) using Camunda 5+ years extensive BPM knowledge and experience in conceptualizing workflow solution using Camunda. 1+ years’ experience implementing Microservices using Camunda BPM Basic understanding of microservice based architecture would be a plus. 2 years' experience using Kafka event streaming. Demonstrated knowledge of business analysis skills, including process and data-driven analysis Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills and prior experience communicating with senior levels of management. Intermediate user of MS Visio Willing to travel as required, approximately 25%CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
