Administer and maintain the session replay platform, including software installation, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing patch management.
Manage user access, entitlements and permissions - ensuring proper role-based access control (RBAC) for diverse teams.
Serve as the primary liaison with session replay platform vendors, handling escalations, contractual obligations, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Track and coordinate vendor releases/patches, ensuring compatibility and timely deployment in the organization’s environment.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate or update session replay SDK and JavaScript tags across our iOS, Android, and web applications.
Configure and review data capture rules (e.g masking, event tracking) while adhering to privacy and compliance requirements.
Monitor system performance and data quality, proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks or anomalies.
Manage incident and enhancement tickets related to the session replay platform, ensuring timely resolution and communication to stakeholders.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights into customer journeys and user behaviors.
Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover patterns and identify opportunities for improving digital user experiences.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
Work cross-functionally with product owners, developers, QA, analytics, and UX teams to align on data capture requirements and ensure tool compatibility.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues in collaboration with development, QA, and support teams.
Provide training and support to internal teams on session replay capabilities, including how to best leverage analytics to optimize digital assets.
Advocate for session replay insights throughout the enterprise, evangelizing data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in working with cross-functional teams to implement session replay solutions and resolve issues collaboratively.7+ years of experience integrating and implementing session replay tools like Glassbox, across web and mobile applications
8+ years of experience in creating custom reports, funnels and leveraging data to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
7+ years of experience in capturing and analyzing user interactions to identify pain points and optimize the customer journey.
7+ years of experience in debugging and performing root cause analysis to address production issues.
5+ years of experience using digital analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) with the ability to integrate and cross-reference insights
Familiarity with agile methodologies and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) for tracking issues and enhancements.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in collaborating with vendors to address tool-specific issues and implement necessary changes.
5+ years of experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and ongoing platform support.
1+ years of experience in creating Grafana dashboards and alerts for real-time monitoring and reporting.
Strong understanding of web server architecture, JavaScript, and front-end technologies; ability to work with mobile SDKs (iOS/Android).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business insights for stakeholders.
Technical understanding of working with tag management tools like Tealium for session replay and analytics tool integration.
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD processes for managing SDK updates and code deployments.
