We are looking for a Business Manager position to join our growing team! Reporting directly to the Director, Revenue Operations, you will manage major projects and initiatives for the Enterprise & Wholesale business unit including go-to-market initiatives, product launches, revenue assurance, customer retention, pricing actions, and marketing programs. You will be a key partner with the senior leadership team with extensive visibility- and will help drive key projects, reporting and presentations.As Business Manager, you will have the following duties:Lead the planning and implementation of major projects – including those in Business Operations, Enterprise Sales, Wholesale Sales, Customer Experience, Product Management and Carrier RelationsEfficiently manage multiple projects of varying sizesFacilitate the definition of project goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects.Develop detailed project plans/methods to monitor and track progressEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetManage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationProvide weekly reports on activities and project statusBuild long-term, value-based relationships with decisionmakers and influencers to understand the business landscape and business trendsRecognize opportunities for process improvement and/or additional projects and programs driving revenue expansion and cost savingsPartner with Senior leadership to create impactful presentations and reportsManage overall customer metrics, including usage data, health indicators and renewal dates to align with customer objectives
