Brightspeed is looking for a driven, creative, and energetic Business Partner Development Manager to join our team!As Business Partner Development Manager, you will report directly to the Vice President, Small Business Sales. You will have a proven track record for getting things done and maintaining a high level of ownership and accountability. You will be a critical member of the Brightspeed Business Sales Team. In this role, you be pivotal in driving sales growth managing the SMB Local Sales Rep team (D2D), plus managing, supporting and developing relations with key third party partners (Call Centers – Inbound/Outbound, Digital Affiliates and Door to Door).Impact:Leading a Sales Team of SMB Local Sales Representatives (Door to Door)Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales results with key partnersCampaign Management: Partnering with our third parties to develop campaigns and ensure execution and complianceSales Performance: Accountable for reaching/exceeding Sales Target on Monthly basis.Program Management:   Work closely with partners on day-to-day operations and ensure constant optimization  Relationship Management:   Work closely with partners on to develop strategies and action plans Internal Champion/ Journey Optimization: Develop collaborative relationships with internal organizations including Service delivery, Service assurance, IT, Product Management, Network Operations, Local Network Planning and Access Management, Finance, Marketing, and others.  Integrate voice-of-the-partner into partner-centric product and process design.  Ensure continual improvement to partner experience.Professional Success Competencies:Communicating - Conveying information and ideas to others in a convincing and engaging manner through a variety of methods, both internal and externalProblem Solving and Decision Making – Identifying issues, problems, and opportunities; obtains and compares information from various sources to draw conclusions, develops and evaluates alternatives and solutions, solves problems, & chooses a course of actionDriving for Results - Setting ambitious standards of performance for self and the overall team; responsibility for work goals; initiates, focuses, and monitoring the efforts; proactively acting, and going beyond what is neededClient & Partner Relationships - Developing and sustaining relationships based on an understanding of client, partner and stakeholder needs and actions
