The Project Manager, Fiber Engineering & Construction is responsible for leading and coordinating the planning, execution, and completion of complex fiber network projects across Homeowner Associations (HOAs) and Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs). This role ensures projects meet design, permitting, budget, and schedule requirements while maintaining compliance and operational excellence. As a key member of the Engineering & Construction team, the Project Manager drives collaboration across cross-functional teams, manages vendor performance, and delivers high-quality, scalable fiber infrastructure solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project management efforts for the Engineering & Construction organization, overseeing cross-functional teams to achieve project goalsDevelop and monitor engineering and construction build plans for various network types and project scopesTrack project milestones and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completionEnsure compliance with all regulatory and permitting requirementsManage project budgets and schedules to achieve network readiness targetsIdentify and remove build roadblocks through collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and government agenciesAdminister vendor contracts, track invoices, and ensure adherence to contractual obligationsCoordinate internal and vendor work schedules to maintain project timelines and deliverablesPerform data analysis and develop actionable insights to improve operational efficiency using tools such as Power BI and Power AppsDefine, document, and optimize Engineering & Construction processes to support standardization and scalabilityCollaborate with leadership to design and implement future-state processes aligned with program objectivesAnalyze and interpret Geographic Information System (GIS) and IQGeo data to support design and build validationCreate and deliver training materials, methods and procedures (M&Ps), and communications to support team development and process adoptionMay perform other duties as assignedThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills requiredPhysical Demands & Work ConditionsPrimarily office-based role with frequent computer and digital tool usageMay require occasional field visits to project or vendor sites (up to 20% travel)Work may extend into evenings or weekends to meet project deadlinesMust be able to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent projects
