Target rate is $56.30/hr W2 (manager will try to get a rate exception for a perfect person but it's not guaranteed)
Can sit in either Boston, MA, Charlotte, NC, or Minneapolis, MN.

Key Responsibilities:
Possess a deep understanding of Charles River Development CRIMS application, version 19r1 or above
7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience
10+ years of technology experience focused on equity trading, portfolio management
Demonstrate strong knowledge of business processes, systems analysis, quality assurance, project management and application support expertise
Solid understanding of equity investment decision process including trading, trade settlement the associated technology platforms
Good project management skills and ability to lead small/medium sized multi-disciplinary project teams
Proven ability to document business & functional requirements, test plans & test cases with testing methodologies, workflows, business processes and information needed for system support
Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing business priorities, unexpected challenges meet deadlines and works well under pressure
