Description Responsibilities:
Engaging with customers via telephone and email
Preference for experience in flooring, wholesale distribution, or construction sectors
Background in customer service roles, supporting sales teams and clients with order processing, inquiries, and issue resolution
Proficiency in order management tasks including order entry, issue resolution, order tracking, and returns processing
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently within a busy customer service environment
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Fundamental computer skills and exceptional data entry proficiency
