Partner with our clients via phone to assist them with a wide range of inquiries including opening an account and transferring assets.
Adopt and implement standard work to meet client needs and position the best path of completing the money movement process.
Leverage NWoW tools to document and take action on client and team feedback in support of process and service improvements
Develop and maintain proficient knowledge of transfer-related items (necessary documentation, fees, etc.).
