Oversee the workflow from the operations team to ensure applications are complete and ready for review.

Collect and prepare application files from a variety of sources.

Share the responsibility for the application process from beginning to end, including reviewing applications for errors, reviewing and waiving application requirements when appropriate, troubleshooting application and technical issues.

Reviewing and evaluating high school transcripts for minimum course requirements, calculating grade point averages, reviewing narrative submissions and letters of recommendation, and scoring admission essays.

Minimum Experience / Education: Required Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.University Preferred Qualifications:Graduation from a four-year college or university; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.Preferred Education Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree.

Preference is given to candidates with 1 – 2 years prior higher education enrollment management experience.

Prior experience in higher education.

1 – 2 years experience in document management or administrative support services.

Strong customer service skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Demonstrated knowledge of knowledge of Google or Microsoft Suite.

Experience working in CRMs such as Banner, Slate, or Salesforce.

Demonstrated written communication through resume and cover letter.

Demonstrated ability to work independently while balancing workload.

Demonstrated ability to manage time and meet deadlines under pressure.

Demonstrated ability to analyze and problem-solve.

Ability to work in a high-volume work environment.

Ability to prioritize workload to meet the business needs of the department.
