Engineering Early Career Program Manager

Lead all program management efforts in the end-to-end recruiting life cycle for internships and full-time positions in the Engineering function. You will work closely with all the Honeywell business, and coach business leaders to determine staffing strategies in order to identify, attract, screen, recruit and retain top candidates for a Fortune 100 company. You will apply your staffing proficiency to drive established standards and implement improvements in one of Honeywell’s key functions. You will drive relationships with top Engineering schools to attract students to Honeywell. In addition, you will be responsible for designing and standing up an early engineering leadership program as well as expanding upon Honeywell’s engineering coop opportunities.Key Responsibilities

Facilitate and promote learning & development strategy and initiatives across all Honeywell Engineering intern, coop and early career programs managed by the Honeywell businesses.

Drive relationships with key engineering schools to attract top talent to Honeywell opportunities.

Design and stand up a Future Engineering Leader early career program, oversee all program management aspects of the program, including but not limited to new intern recruiting, interview day facilitation, rotation management, graduation off-placement, alignment with compensation and benefits, configuration of annual hiring demand and campus team management.

Act as focal point for all Engineering Intern, Coop and Engineering Early Career Programs, host regular cross-business meetings, drive best practice sharing, ensure school recruiting alignment where there is cross-over.

Drive event management for early career recruiting events with top engineering schools and Honeywell HBCU partners.

Partner with the Honeywell university recruiting team to identify intern demand for Engineering.

Understand emerging engineering skills through relationships with Engineering leadership and HR, and influence partner schools to ensure graduates possess these skills.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's Degree

Program management experience

Experience in university recruiting

Experience managing early career programs

Ability to partner with and influence multiple stakeholders

Some Human Resources experience

Experience and proficiency recruiting in a corporate environment

Ability to source passive candidates

Creativity in developing sourcing strategies and driving change

Experience and proficiency in end to end recruiting cycle

Effective communication and collaboration skills
