Be able to attain skills for rotor to core assembly, bearings, pedestals, and all other parts assembled on the generator.What You Bring
High school education or equivalent.
4 or more years of industrial-mechanical experience. Proficiency with shop tools – drills, ratchets, wrenches, etc., and ability to choose optimal tool for the task.
Required to lift / move 50 lb. materials. Ability to use precision measuring equipment. Basic math skills. Ability to read, write, and complete simple forms.
Successful applicants must be able to pass hearing, vision and pulmonary test. Must be able to obtain a fork truck license and keep or acquire an” A” crane license if needed.
