Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a graphic designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!Job Summary:The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. This includes digital and print design, branding, marketing collateral, social media content, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a passion for creativity and innovation.Key Responsibilities:

Design & Create: Develop high-quality graphics for various platforms including websites, social media, print materials, advertisements, and more.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and contribute to a cohesive visual identity.

Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

Creative Input: Provide creative ideas and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design concepts.

Revise & Edit: Make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback from stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail.

Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and techniques to the team.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other design tools.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various media.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively with team members.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, layout, color, and typography.

Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
