Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in the IT Software industry, located in Charlotte, North Carolina, 28217, United States. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth implementation of healthcare products and in delivering excellent customer service experiences. Responsibilities: Execute product implementation processes for healthcare providers, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems. Conduct comprehensive testing on software functionality to ensure optimal performance. Deliver exceptional customer service experiences by resolving client inquiries and assisting them in understanding the software. Diagnose software issues and troubleshoot effectively to ensure client satisfaction. Use your knowledge of Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments to enhance service delivery. Utilize your understanding of Health Care industry standards and practices to better serve our clients. Ensure accurate record-keeping for all client interactions and product implementations.
