Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in the legal industry, based in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina. The role involves providing technical support and assistance to end users in our Charlotte office, handling hardware and software issues, and maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities Provide level 2 hardware and software support to over 100 end users Handle and resolve customer inquiries through deskside support, phone calls, and ticketing support Utilize networking knowledge to perform tasks such as tracing ports Manage approximately 10 tickets a day, including walk-ups and AV support Onboard new hires by setting up and imaging their computers, and manage departures Maintain and troubleshoot printers and other office equipment Utilize Microsoft, Outlook 365, and Net documents in daily operations Ensure accurate customer credit records and process credit applications efficiently Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Exhibit a sense of urgency and willingness to learn and grow within the role. Requirements Must possess strong knowledge of Android Development. Experience with Cisco Technologies is desired. Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is beneficial. Should have a strong understanding of Database structures. Knowledge of EO/IR systems is required. Experience with Active Directory is necessary. Must be adept in handling Apple Devices. Familiarity with Computer Hardware is beneficial. Should be proficient in Configuration Management. Experience in Deployments is necessary. Strong Microsoft skills are required. Knowledge of O 365 is beneficial. Proficiency in MS Office 365 is necessary. Experience with Microsoft 365 Enterprise is desired. Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. Must possess strong customer service skills. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Legal industry experience is a plus.
