THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
At least 1-3 years of IT Support experience including IT Help Desk support, Network support, Server support
Hands on O365 Experience, including setting up passwords, adding new users, and various license requirements
Experience troubleshooting and repairing, monitoring and maintenance of hardware/software
Must have experience using help desk ticketing systems.
Strong customer service/support experience
