By leveraging innovation in billing technology, our Billing Strategy & Design team helps deliver the exceptional services and experiences Spectrum is known for.BE PART OF THE CONNECTIONAs a Billing Solutions Manager on the Billing Strategy & Design team, you will manage a team of billing solution analysts. The team is responsible for the design and configuration of the billing solution supporting the Spectrum mobile product, partnering with teams across the organization. During the software development life cycle, you’ll actively participate in business grooming, technical grooming, solution definition, defect reviews, and solution gap analysis.WHAT OUR BILLING SOLUTIONS MANAGERS ENJOY MOST

Creatively solutioning new requests

Meeting business needs by completing assigned projects on time with high-quality results

Working closely with the operations teams to address identified solution gaps

On a given day you’ll work on a diverse scope of solution requests, working with team members in diverse time zones. You’ll thrive in this role if you can quickly pivot across multiple initiatives, and professionally communicate with all levels of business stakeholders, IT development teams, billing teams, testing teams, and customer facing teams.WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUMRequired Qualifications

Experience: Billing Solution Design: 5+ years

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or related field, or equivalent experience

Skills: Working knowledge of Process Management

Abilities: Define key performance indicators/metrics; document, and deliver data-driven presentations; supervise and motivate others; develop strong working relationships with peers and project members;

Travel Ability: Travel required

Preferred Qualifications

Amdocs experience

Management or leadership experience
