Answering multiple and varied inbound phone calls from business clients
Resolving account, billing, and payment inquiries
Establishing and growing professional, positive relationships with Spectrum customers

Education : High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule : Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights and weekends
Language : Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience : 6+ months of billing customer support experience; 1+ year heavy volume phone experience in a call center or customer service capacity
Technical Skills : MS Office, computer skills
