Provide technical leadership throughout the development life cycle and focus on delivery of quality solutions

Mentor engineering team members on technical decision making, code reviews and enforcing engineering practices and standards

Define standards to guide architectural designs

Architect and develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards; confer with users or system engineers

Lead technical discussions and build consensus among engineers

Stay current on technology trends and identify ways to innovate

Analyze user requirements to derive technical software design and performance requirements

Plan, track, manage deliverables on short term sprints and long-term software deployments

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience

8+ years of .NET Architecture and development experience and the ability to work and complete tasks independently.

8+ years of development experience with MS SQL database environments

8+ years of software development in developing web applications and client/server applications

Experience with Front End technologies such as Angular or React

Understanding of SDLC development methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile

Work within small teams on short term sprints, and long-term software deployments

Hands on experience with .NET, C#.NET, WPF, WCF, MVC or equivalent .NET solution frameworks

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations

Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
