We help our clients by developing individualized plans for everything from retirement goals to business succession planning, to family legacy intentions. Services include comprehensive planning and advice, investment management, brokerage, private banking, estate planning strategies, trust, and both individual and institutional retirement.This is a newly created position within the Wealth and Investment Management Control Group and will be aligned to the Monitoring and Reporting team under the Group Issue Management team. The Monitoring and Reporting team will support the production, review and evolution of WIM Issue Management reporting including issue escalation, customer remediation needs, and the overall success of managing issues across WIM.The team produces Issue Management reporting for WIM’s Control Group, and is involved in the full lifecycle of executive reporting for use inside and outside of WIM. Materials produced by the team are highly visible, with reporting provided directly to WIM leadership. The team relies on collaboration across WIM, and with partners including Independent Risk Management and Wells Fargo Audit Services, to ensure reporting captures the most timely, accurate and actionable information with the ultimate objective of ensuring that Issues in WIM are appropriately understood and managed.The person in this role will require a high attention to detail and accuracy along with multiple reporting skills, including the ability to discern key information from reporting packages and summarize for executive consumption. The role offers significant opportunity to learn WIM’s business areas and control functions.Key Responsibilities

Support WIM and Enterprise Issue Management reporting initiatives

Ability to extract data, analyze, and develop complex reporting for use in leadership decision making

Create a visual data story into an actionable narrative for executive audience

Solid critical thinking skills

Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both; or 6+ years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 3+ years must include direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of both

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
