Apply today.About this role:Wells Fargo's Strategic Execution & Operations (SEO) Implementation Office in the Control Management Organization is currently searching for a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Consent Order Management team. This individual will be responsible for Change Control Management activities. The Consent Order Management & Reporting team owns governance, monitoring and reporting across our regulatory commitments (orders). This team partners with the regulatory program and action plan management teams to understand all aspects of regulatory commitments, and current status enabling key messaging for executive, board, and regulator reporting.Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.comIn this role, you will:

Partner with consulting resources to transition all change request management activities.

Support the change request management process end-end for regulatory commitments. This includes change requests applicable to open action plans, submission narratives, and ongoing sustainability action plans.

Assist with the intake process across multiple stakeholders, ensure all submissions are complete, accurate meet SEO playbook standards.

Perform impact analysis to ensure change requests are comprehensive and complete.

Review submissions for continued alignment with target state requirements and that proposed updates do not compromise Wells Fargo's ability to meet regulator expectations. Partner closely with Program Managers, and stakeholders for review and feedback

Manage pipeline of change requests and approvals through the change request platform/tool

Perform review (QA/QC) of change requests across multiple programs to confirm adherence to guidance/governance applicable to the platform.

Apply approved change requests to action plans and ad-hoc bulk change requests.

Partner with the platform enablement team to create business process flows, user requirements and user stories for the change request module in the system. Perform UAT of system changes prior to production release.

Assist with updates to processes, artifacts and work with the SEO Operating Office for quarterly playbook updates.

Generate reporting for change request management, this includes but not limited to monthly governance, committee meetings, quarterly reporting and Non Supervisory Objection (NSO) for regulators.

Support any ad hoc reports requests to assist Wells Fargo leadership in fulfilling regulatory obligations.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

Financial industry knowledge or experience

Experience or understanding of financial institutions risk management framework.

Experience in execution or implementation of regulatory driven deliverables/action plans

Experience creating reports or presentations in response to management, audit, or regulatory requirements

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work as a member of a broader team, and ability to adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

Position offers a hybrid work schedule in which you are required to work in office 3 days per week at a minimum in one of the locations listed below
