What You'll DoWe’re looking for a Senior Associate, Client Service to join our Client Experience Management team in Principal Asset Management. In this role, you’ll help meet and exceed our existing clients' needs!

Develop and maintain exceptional levels of client support, develop strong relationships with our clients, field consultants and other key partners to deliver the highest stand of client service for clients

Responsible for seamless execution of client needs, understand deliverables and ensure clear communication of client expectations. Collaborate with client experience teams and other partners, to meet existing and ad hoc client requests

Serve as the lead on client life cycle events, ensuring internal partners understand client objectives by developing partnerships with Client Implementation, Investment, Distribution, and Operational teams to deliver client needs

Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in areas such as Principals investment capabilities, services, and the asset management landscape

Support and maintain accurate client information in CRM tools and provide support with research and analysis on the market, process enhancements, and procedure management

Lead collaboration with internal partners, proactively develop relationships within Principal Asset Management functions including investments, marketing, sales, client experience, operations, legal and compliance

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent

5+ years related work experience, preferably in an investment related field within asset management

Knowledge of financial services and asset management industry

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

Superior written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, and Seismic

Ability to understand and represent complex investment solutions with clients

Knowledge of the institutional marketplace and client needs

Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)$86450 - $147600 / yearAdditional InformationLocation(s)We’re open to considering in-office or hybrid talent. Locations for hybrid talent are Des Moines, Chicago, Seattle, or Charlotte.
