The investments we are making will help the company create innovative digital banking experiences, and make it easier for customers to achieve their financial goals.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to function as a Product Owner in the Digital Identity & Authentication domain as a part of the Strategy, Digital, & Innovation (SDI) organization.Come join the Digital Identity & Authentication Team who is building an enterprise foundation to digitally identify & trust our clients across all journeys to enable secure, frictionless, personalized & intuitive client experiences at every interaction. The Product Owner, will take a leading role in delivery discussions and agile ceremonies to help shape implementable features and user stories to ensure consistency and quality of API solutions built by in-house and external vendor teams.In this role, you will:

Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria

Responsible for prioritization & refinement of Scrum Team backlog per Sprint; influenced by Product Managers

Responsible for enforcing User Story acceptance criteria within the Scrum Team

Responsible for defining test requirements, test data required, coordination of testing across both internal and external systems

Collaborate with Scrum Masters to define sprint goals, sprint capacity, and monitoring sprint productivity or velocity over time

Responsible for having user stories definition of ready before sprint start

Participate & contribute to Quarterly Big Room Planning iterations by articulating current state of backlog and providing input into what should and/or could be done in the next quarterly iteration based on capacity and historical velocity of scrum team they support

Responsible for participating in Sprint retrospective to facilitate improvements in Scrum Team delivery over time

Responsible for escalating impediments and/or defects to Product Management for assistance and decisioning

Work closely with product owners/tech teams from dependent teams to enable the delivery of work items

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

4+ years of Product Owner experience

Knowledge of Agile tools (JIRA experience preferred)

Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills

Sufficient understanding of technology systems (microservices) to triage technical issues and guide the team to the right solutions

Agile Product Owner Certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified SAFe® Product Owner (PO), etc.)

Experience with API/Microservice driven design via JSON

Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed environment, developing relationships partnerships across lines of businesses and functional areas

Ability to partner with Technology to define and deliver solutions

This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of Chandler, AZ, San Francisco, CA, Concord, CA, or Charlotte, NC approximately 3 days a week

Pay Range:

San Francisco, CA: $100,800 - $179,200

Concord, CA: $100,800 - $179,200

Chandler, AZ: $84,000 - $149,400

Charlotte, NC: $84,000 - $149,400

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
