RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer in Charlotte, NC, or New York.
Summary:
We are working with one of the fastest growing healthcare insurance providers in the nation that is need of a Site Reliability Engineer available to start on a contract with expectation to convert to full-time. This is a fantastic opportunity and has flexibility in locations, with preference in the Charlotte, NC area and open to the entire state of New York.
Responsibilities:
CI/CD specialist
Configuration management
Software Versioning (developed)
Software currency (OS and third party)
Software building and packaging
Deployment automation
Security and SSL management
Load balancer configuration
Disaster recovery planning and testing
REQUIREMENTS:
CI/CD - Jenkins/Ansible/Shell scripting
Microservices - Kubernetes/Docker/Helm/Harbor/Rancher
Repositories - Git/Bitbucket
Python/Scripting languages
Security - SSL Certificates/Firewall/O-Auth/Kerberos
Enterprise operating systems such as:
Unix/Linux/Windows/Macintosh
Networking knowledge (understanding of IP and subnets)
Good understanding of cloud technologies such as:
AWS/AzureP
Troubleshooting tools such as:
Dynatrace/Grafana/PrometheElastic, Logstash, Kibana (ELK)/Splunk
