DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare dishes from the assigned station, following Chef/Sous Chef instructions.
Execute all menu items for assigned stations with precision.
Understand and adhere to work safety and emergency procedures.
Read food tickets and utilize standard recipe cards and plating guides.
Maintain quality standards for all food products, ensuring positive feedback.
Ensure timely order completion from the kitchen to the dining room.
Complete daily tasks and communicate departure with Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage and production areas.
Adhere to health department sanitation requirements.
Perform all duties with professionalism and dedication.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work 8+ hours a day, including holidays and weekends.
