We run our kitchen with the precision and standards of a fine dining establishment. We are immediately hiring dedicated and experienced individuals for two critical Back-of-House roles.

### I. Experienced Line Cook (Full-Time)

We are seeking a seasoned culinary professional ready to take ownership of a station and consistently execute a high-end menu under pressure.

#### Role and Expectations

Station Mastery: Expertly run a hot line station (Grill, Sauté, or Fry) for high-volume service, ensuring immaculate mise en place is always ready.

Quality Control: Prepare, season, and plate all dishes according to the Executive Chef's strict recipes, maintaining impeccable consistency and presentation late into the night.

Teamwork: Communicate clearly and effectively with the Expediter and other team members to ensure smooth, synchronized service timing.

Cleanliness: Adhere to the highest standards of commercial kitchen sanitation and safety throughout the shift.

#### Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of continuous experience as a Line Cook in an upscale, high-volume, or fine dining environment.

Proven proficiency in multiple cooking techniques and professional knife skills.

Impeccable reliability and comfort working evening and overnight shifts.

Ability to stand and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment for up to 8-10 hours.

### II. Line Support & Kitchen Utility (Dishwasher)

This is a vital entry-to-mid-level role responsible for maintaining the engine room of our kitchen and providing essential support to the Line Cooks.

#### Role and Expectations

Dishwashing & Sanitation: Operate the commercial dish machine, ensuring all dishes, flatware, and essential high-end service wares are thoroughly sanitized, polished, and properly stored.

Kitchen Cleanliness: Execute all required opening and closing duties, including sweeping, mopping, deep-cleaning floors, and meticulously cleaning sinks, walls, and all kitchen equipment.

Utility Support: Assist Line Cooks with basic prep, receiving, breaking down boxes, and organizing dry storage and walk-in coolers to maintain efficient flow.

Dependability: Maintain flawless punctuality and a strong work ethic.

#### Required Qualifications

Experience in a commercial kitchen setting is highly preferred, but we will train highly motivated individuals.

Understanding of basic food safety and chemical handling protocols.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle continuous, physical tasks.

Mandatory availability for late-night and overnight shifts.
