Kitchen Manager– Bowlero Charlotte
Salary: $75,000 per year
Bowlero Charlotte is seeking an experienced, hands-on Kitchen manager to join our team.
We are looking for a passionate leader who is ready to take charge of kitchen operations, ensure the highest standards of food quality, and train and develop our culinary team. This is a hands-on role that requires strong cooking skills, leadership, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing all kitchen operations
Managing food preparation and execution
Training, coaching, and developing the culinary team
Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met
Controlling inventory, food cost, and labor cost
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Kitchen Manager
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
Hands-on approach to leading and supporting the team
