Looking for an experienced Sous Chef, who will oversee the kitchen staff, day to day inventory control, work hand in hand with the Executive Chef and Owner, developing and creating the menu, maintaining the highest of standards for a growing steakhouse brand. The qualified individual must not only have the experience needed for the position, but the willingness to build with opening a new location, which requires a lot of hours to ensure operations are seamless from day one.
