About the Role
Reliable Property Experts is seeking dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Flippers to join our growing team. If you’re looking for steady work that keeps you active and directly impacts how quickly properties can be re-rented, this opportunity is for you.
As a Flipper, you’ll be responsible for preparing rooms and units for new tenants. Your work ensures that each property meets our cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards, allowing for a smooth transition between tenants. You’ll play a vital role in helping us deliver excellent service by making properties rent-ready as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Primary Responsibilities
- Start the turnover process for rooms so they can be listed and rented to new tenants
- Complete mandatory tasks, including:
- - Cleaning the room thoroughly
- - Changing door codes
- - Installing a mattress protector
- - Replacing damaged blinds
- - Replacing any damaged furniture
- - Complete the Make-Ready Form to document the current condition of the room
- List and report all needed repairs in detail for follow-up maintenance
- Communicate with property managers in a professional and timely manner

What You’ll Need
- A reliable smartphone or tablet to complete forms and take photos
- Your own transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel locally to perform inspections
- Access to a computer with Wi-Fi for uploading reports
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Complete a background check
Position Type & Pay
- 1099 Contractor (you control your daily schedule)
