Position Overview:
We’re seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role is essential in keeping our scheduling, documentation, and financial processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling and coordinating daily operations
Pull permits and handle service-related documentation
Use builder portals to access and manage purchase orders
Track daily concrete pours and driver information
Support filing and maintain accurate records
Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required
Prior administrative experience preferred
