Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to the commercial contractors and their team over phone calls as well as in person.

Responsible for making and receiving inbound commercial calls and performing over-the-phone sales.

Act as a support for our mobile field team.

Liaison between our commercial contracts and field team.

Assist with proposals and quotes for our commercial lines.

Ability to help with multiple commercial contracts.

Manage urgent issues that arise in the field and solve problems and operate in a proactive manner.

Excellent in keeping records for the commercial clients for routine servicing.

Handling accounts receivable.

Schedule and route last minute service jobs accordingly.

Ability grow into a leadership role with daily operations being the main focus.
