Project Coordinator opportunity for a residential and commercial construction company out in North Charleston area. This is a direct hire opportunity paying $65K + benefits.
Duties:
Manage and maintain project schedules and timelines using construction management software
Assist the construction management team in planning and coordinating construction activities, including site preparation, inspection, and other related tasks.
Review and interpret scope of work to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Monitor project progress and identify areas where improvements can be made to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, including customer communication and inspections
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project expectations are met.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
Experience:
Experience in construction management or a related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with construction site protocols and procedures.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
