SALES ADMINISTRATOR
The Sales Administrator supports the local Sales team by processing customer quotes and orders, requesting quotes from vendors, maintaining accurate customer and prospect information, updating backlog information and open order reports.
Responsibilities:
Prepare Machine & Accessory quotes in Salesforce
Verify pricing and request quotes from vendors when needed
Communicate feedback from vendors to Sales Representatives
Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce
Machine order entry and ensuring data accuracy
Send thank you letters and PIP for new machine orders
Update pipeline and backlog information
Communicate with Production, Logistics, and Service department to ensure timely deliveries
Prepare weekly open order reports to review with management for upcoming machine shipments
Keep in communication with Sales team to ensure customer concerns and queries are addressed in a timely manner
Requirements
Required Experience:
Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Assistant
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Excellent written, verbal / oral communication skills
Customer orientation and a collaborative team player
Desired Experience:
Hands on experience with Salesforce desired
