Research Air Flo, Inc. is an independent test and balance company based out of Atlanta, GA with technicians operating across the southeastern United States. As a NEBB/TABB certified agency, our primary business is focused on commercial, industrial, medical, laboratory and retail HVAC systems. Our technicians learn quickly that excellence is an important job requirement. Our organization is looking to expand in the Charlotte Metro area and is currently in the process of filling a test and balance technician position. This is an entry level position, however individuals with NEBB test and balance experience are welcome to apply.
Duties include testing, adjusting and balancing of various commercial HVAC systems on projects varying in size. Technicians setup commercial HVAC systems using modern controls systems and various techniques to ensure that the system is performing properly. They troubleshoot problems and offer advice on solutions. Our technicians undergo numerous hours of training and quickly learn that there is a lot to offer in this exciting industry.
