System Administrator/desktop Support

Description:Our client is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join their IT Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing SAAS platforms and cloud infrastructure, providing day-to-day helpdesk support, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure seamless operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide efficient day-to-day helpdesk support to address employee IT issues promptly and effectively. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, implementing timely solutions to minimize downtime and disruption. Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and software applications to ensure optimal performance and security. Enforce IT security policies and procedures, including user access control and data protection. Maintain infrastructure, including provisioning, monitoring, and optimizing cloud resources.Skills:helpdesk troubleshooting, network troubleshooting, hardware troubleshooting, software troubleshooting, aws, azure, office 365, intune, server support, configurationTop Skills Details:helpdesk troubleshooting,network troubleshooting,hardware troubleshooting,software troubleshooting,aws,azure,office 365,intune,server support,configurationAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Qualifications: Four year degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with minimum of one year of work experience in a Systems Administrator or IT role OR Two year degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with minimum of two years of work experience in a Systems Administrator or IT role OR Minimum of four years of work experience in a Systems Administrator role Cloud based service management experience, such as AWS, Azure, Office 365, or InTune Strong technical expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, operating systems, and software applications. Solid understanding of IT security principles and practices, including access control, data protection, and encryption. Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service and support.
