This position is responsible for the sourcing and placement of new hire exempt and nonexempt employees for the Communication Systems market segment positions.
The ability to develop strong communication channels with internal and external clients is crucial to success in this position.
To achieve this, the right individual must provide “World Class Service” to candidates and internal clients, acting with the greatest amount of professionalism and expressing the highest sense of urgency.
This position requires recruitment of all levels of talent, spanning multiple skill bases.
Major Functions:
The entire recruitment cycle including requisition creation/management.
Innovative candidate sourcing.
Maintaining an organized pipeline of active, viable candidates in each functional area assigned.
Facilitation of the screening, interviewing and selection process.
Offer negotiations.
Ongoing communications with managers and candidates.
Proactive tracking of progress and all work in our applicant tracking system (PeopleFluent).
Fulfillment of assigned recruiting responsibilities in a timely manner.
