Job Description:
  • This position is responsible for the sourcing and placement of new hire exempt and nonexempt employees for the Communication Systems market segment positions.
  • The ability to develop strong communication channels with internal and external clients is crucial to success in this position.
  • To achieve this, the right individual must provide “World Class Service” to candidates and internal clients, acting with the greatest amount of professionalism and expressing the highest sense of urgency.
  • This position requires recruitment of all levels of talent, spanning multiple skill bases.

Major Functions:
  • The entire recruitment cycle including requisition creation/management.
  • Innovative candidate sourcing.
  • Maintaining an organized pipeline of active, viable candidates in each functional area assigned.
  • Facilitation of the screening, interviewing and selection process.
  • Offer negotiations.
  • Ongoing communications with managers and candidates.
  • Proactive tracking of progress and all work in our applicant tracking system (PeopleFluent).
  • Fulfillment of assigned recruiting responsibilities in a timely manner.

Education/Experience/Licenses etc.:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience.
  • Master's degree with 4 years of experience.

Additional Preferred Skills:
  • Aerospace & Defense industry experience or recruiting for roles that require a security clearance.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
  • Proven ability to truly source and dig out candidates especially those with security clearances.
  • Experience using PeopleFluent for applicant tracking.
  • Proven ability to technically evaluate/screen candidates.
  • Excellent organizational and communication (written & verbal) skills.
  • Customer service, business professional oriented person.
  • Self-directed team player, willing to take initiative and drive things to closure.
  • Demonstrated coordination, tracking, organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay on top of many projects, is a must.
  • Internet savvy.
  • General understanding of recruitment metrics.
