Description Robert Half is hiring for a talented UX Designer to join a dynamic team focused on crafting exceptional digital experiences. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, including product managers and engineers, to deliver user-centered design solutions that resonate with users and meet business objectives.Requirements Responsibilities:
Work alongside cross-functional teams to define product visions, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of the design process.
Utilize your skills in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and user journeys clearly.
Engage in user research efforts, partnering with specialists to glean insights that inform design decisions.
Design compelling, intuitive user interfaces in line with brand standards and accessibility requirements, understanding the nuances of human psychology and design theory.
Take part in usability testing, using feedback to refine and enhance the user experience.
Ensure consistent design language across all customer interactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies for a seamless experience.
Proactively highlight challenges and opportunities within the design landscape.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in design, integrating innovative practices to continually improve workflows.
Qualifications:
At least 4 years of UX design experience, particularly with digital products.
Strong visual design skills and the capacity to develop visually appealing interfaces.
Experience with both public-facing websites and secure, member-only platforms.
A deep understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and user interface structure.
Proven track record in conducting and facilitating user research, with proficiency in tools like Userzoom or equivalents.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated expertise in crafting solutions that address complex user needs in a straightforward, user-friendly manner.
Knowledge of design principles, especially around accessibility and responsive design.
Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Experience with Figma, especially auto layout features, is highly regarded.
