Hiring - Entry HVAC Service Technician in the following areas:
Charlotte, NC
Greensboro, NC
Fayetteville, NC
Must have experience with hand tools and completed HVAC trade school and have a solid understanding of HVAC Fundamentals. We will NOT train on which components are in a condenser. School should have taught you that.
Right now it is peak season, we are working 10-12hr days Mon-Fri. Saturdays we rotate as needed. If you average 12hr days then you work 4 days Mon-Thur. If you complete a job and there is an issue the next day, you do not have a day off and must resolve the callback. If you need to be home by 5pm every day, this is not for you. If you don't want to be pushed mentally to learn the most, this is not for you.
Every week is guaranteed pay. Once you pass your training period - pay is base pay + performance. We give bonuses all the time, even when you first start if you are doing well.
You will have 1-2 weeks of boot camp style training. We will cover all the basics you need in the field to run your own service calls.
During probation period, you will most likely use your own vehicle and we will cover gas and provide a daily food allowance. If you do not have a reliable vehicle, please let us know and we will figure it out.
Tools: We will provide a tool allowance.
