Qualified individuals should have atleast 2 years experience in apartment, hotel, and or similar handy man job roles. Looking for someone who can work well on their own and well with the team. Dedicated person who will work fast and efficiently to keep our residents happy.
Job duties include but not limited to: make ready apartments, painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, appliance repair/replace, hardware, work orders completed in timely manner, pressure washing, grounds, blind replace, hvac a plus but not required, pool experience a plus but not required, able to trouble shoot problems, drywall repair, able to complete task from maintenance supervisor and office staff, trim work.

able to pass drug screen
own transportation and tools
