Expert Troubleshooting and Maintenance : Your comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems will ensure efficient troubleshooting, assembly, installation, testing, and maintenance, minimizing downtime and enhancing productivity.

Develop Machine Programs : Design and implement machine programs to enhance the usage and overall operation of factory floor machines, improving efficiency and productivity.
Apply Manufacturing Knowledge : Utilize your understanding of manufacturing processes to implement changes in equipment and applications, meeting functional needs and driving continuous improvement.
Promote Safety Culture : Model proactive health and safety behaviors, contributing to a culture that prioritizes safety and minimizes risks.

Education/Experience:High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.QUALIFICATIONSAdditional Information:
Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift for up to 10 hours
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, schematics, blueprints, and/or other diagrams
Ability to troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and perform necessary repairs in a safe and timely manner.
Ability to identify opportunities for mechanical and electrical improvements on new and aging machines and equipment within the facility
Ability to multi-task in a high noise and high activity environment
Basic computer skills, fork truck, scissor lift, crane experience preferred
